Healthy Habit Wish List

I'm not sure what habits you have that aren't working for you.

If we spend 40% of our days following existing habits, then chances are there are some things we are doing that are the opposite of what we would say we want.

Some Not Good Habits that I am keen to replace with healthier alternatives, most are caused by stress related triggers.

1) Drinking Alcohol To Relax, Unwind, Feel Better
2) Getting Dehydrated
3) Eating Pastries and other breakfast treats
4) Eating Cookies and other afternoon treats
5) Excessive Television Watching
6) Biting My Nails (especially when stressed out)
7) Beating myself up
8) Stressing myself out
9) Finding comfort in food and drink

The list could go on and on...

How much better to have a list of

Some Great Healthy Habits that I am keen on implementing in my life! 

1) Finding healthier ways to relax, unwind, feel good.
2) Staying Hydrated
3) Eating a Healthy (guilt free) Breakfast
4) Bringing my lunch to work
5) Eating a Healthy Lunch
6) Letting my nails grow
7) Helping myself out
8) Relaxing
9) Finding comfort in my family and in quiet contemplation
10) Daily Exercise

Each one of these habits can be intentionally created.
Today I spent several hours focused on non-food rewards.

These rewards are a collection of things that make me smile and feel good.

Started reading "The Power of Habit" and am so excited.
Charles Duhigg's book is making it possible for me to realize my dreams.

I have a plan for conquering the habits that have been holding me back.
